A Message From The Owner
Trasierra will feel like it always has - your own private house in an incredibly beautiful estate in the middle of nowhere - yet only an hours drive from the international airport of Seville.
Learning something new
We have had more requests for painting, yoga and riding and cooking and foraging than ever and George, Gioconda and Amber’s programmes are so full that they have had to add on extra dates.
There is a real shift and sign that things are changing and that a perfect holiday is one where you are left in peace to do as you please and remove yourself from reality for a while.
Stroll in the olive groves, read, write, paint and help yourself to our extensive library, or do nothing much except sleep. The Yoga Studio is also a dream of tranquility and I encourage any teachers to get in touch and bring their groups.
I think travellers seem to want something more interesting and less structured these days, taking time out to to explore, switch off, get healthier and take your time to look around, paint, read and walk by re-connecting to the spectacular landscapes around us.
This spring, after the rains, the wild flowers have been out of this world.
So all you have to do is take a deep breath and enjoy all the natural delights of Trasierra with none of the fuss.

Trasierra’s charm is that it is a family home: designed for people who appreciate beauty, comfort, delicious food and peace. For those who require a more active holiday there is also riding, tennis, walking, painting and yoga. The Andalucian cities of Seville, Cordoba and Jerez are all within easy reach as is Madrid due to the hourly high speed rail link the ‘AVE’. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a courtyard and overlooks a vast unspoilt landscape. (*Please note the swimming pool has no child proof fencing or lifegard). The tennis court is a five minute stroll away through the chestnut woods.
